How do I upgrade the amount of space in my account?
This can be done by selecting upgrade option from the Vaulten software. When upgrading your account select the total amount of data that you would like in your account and not the amount of data you want to add to your current plan. For example, say you currently have a 100 GB plan and you would like to purchase another 100 GB for a total of 200 GB altogether. When upgrading, you should select the 200 GB plan from the drop-down menu, not 100 GB.
Why do I still see same storage space even after upgrading?
When you upgrade to a higher plan, you do not purchase additional space, you purchase an entirely new plan. Rather than selecting the amount of space you want to add, you should select the total amount of data you would like to have in your plan. For e.g. if you’re on a 100 GB plan and wish to upgrade then you should select the 200 GB plan. When you select an additional 100 GB of space, you actually purchase another year's worth of 100 GB total.
How do I renew my subscription?
There is no need for you to renew your subscription manually. Any account which is still active on your renewal date will automatically renew. If you do not wish to renew your subscription at the end of the month or year, either cancel your account before its renewal date or contact billing at email@example.com.
How can I cancel Vaulten?
If you no longer wish to be protected by Vaulten, you can simply select the 'Cancel' option under your Account. Post which you may uninstall the software from the user menu with one click of a button. If you face any issues or need assistance in this matter please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
